Career

Cédric Fischer is a founding Partner of FTMS where he heads the Litigation and Arbitration Department.

Since 1981, Cedric Fischer has been involved in arbitration, pre-litigation and litigation.

Thanks to a solid experience and a specific qualification in sophisticated and complex litigation, he assists companies – notably industrial companies – in the resolution of pre-litigation or litigation disputes before national courts or through arbitration.

In the recent years, Cédric Fischer has led a dozen international arbitrations (Uncitral, ICSID, CCJA, CCI, CMAP) as Counsel.
