Career

Hélène Billery advises public and private entities in all areas of business public law. She has specific expertise in advisory and litigation matters in environmental law, urban planning law, public procurement law, and public health law.

Committed to sharing her knowledge, Hélène lectured on administrative law and introduction to law at the universities of Paris I and Paris IV for several years, and now regularly organizes and leads training sessions on public law for our clients.

Hélène began her career as a lawyer with the business law firm Sygna Partners. She then developed expertise in litigation and health and biotechnology law at law firms in Montreal and New York.

She was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2008 and joined our firm the same year.
