Litigation is a clear strong suit of the team at August Debouzy, which has an excellent record of representing high-profile public and private sector clients in regulatory disputes before the Conseil d’État, as well as in cases raising issues of constitutional and EU law. With expertise spanning regulated sectors such as energy, tobacco, transport, healthcare and public utilities, the team’s workload also extends to foreign investment control and public procurement. The highly experienced trio of Emmanuelle Mignon, a well-regarded name for regulatory litigation (who also co-heads the Brussels office), Vincent Brenot, who focuses on public procurement and FDI regulation, and public and regulatory law specialist Nicolas Baverez leads the practice. Hélène Billery, Ghislain Minaire and Guillaume Potin provide capable support.
