Benjamin van Gaver joined August Debouzy in 2003. As a partner in the Litigation Arbitration White Collar Crime team, he litigates all types of criminal, commercial and civil claims between companies, their directors and officers, shareholders and main partners. His litigation experience includes complex cases involving several of the above aspects, both before the courts and in arbitration proceedings.
