Admitted to the Hauts-de-Seine Bar in 2000, Anaïs Qureshi joined August Debouzy in 2007 after having worked as an associate in the labor law department of CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre for eight years.  She has more than 15 years’ experience working in all areas of labor and employment law, acting as a litigator and advisor.  She has acquired strong expertise in the employment management of restructurings (plans to safeguard employment, including during judicial reorganization or liquidation proceedings, transfers of employment contracts, adaptation of collective statuses, etc.) and resulting litigation as well as in collective labor relations (management of staff representative bodies, collective negotiations, etc.).
