Career
François Pochart joined August Debouzy in 2011, after more than 15 years of experience as a patent attorney. Together with Grégoire Desrousseaux and Lionel Martin, he heads a team of patent attorneys, who are also engineers, and lawyers.
François assists French and foreign clients with patent-related issues. He is very active in the EPO litigation (oppositions and appeals), litigation before the French courts and litigation before the Unified Patent Court.
François Pochart also advises on regulatory issues in the health sector in particular in connection with supplementary protection certificates (SPCs) for medicinal products and plant protection products.
