Catherine Le Manchec joined August Debouzy in 2002 as an associate, after working at the law firms Joël Muguet Poulennec and Jacques Barthélémy et Associés.

As a Partner now, she provides advisory services on all labour and employment law issues.

She has in-depth experience in the management of sensitive projects, including the implementation of social strategies related to restructuring transactions, site closures, asset transfers or the takeover of public procurement contracts.

She is also involved in collective insolvency proceedings, including to assist groups in managing the termination of certain business activities or with their relations with financially distressed subcontractors.

Catherine assists major French and international industrial and banking groups, as well as companies in the printing and research industries.
