Licensed to practice by the Bars of New York and Paris since 1989 and 1992, Philippe Durand has been a partner at the firm since 2000.  Working in the Employment Law team, he assists French and foreign clients in an advisory and litigation capacity on compensation issues, redundancy plans, individual and collective labor relations and on the employment aspects of doing business.  A graduate of Sciences Po Paris, Paris II and Georgetown University Law Center, Philippe began his career at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer before joining the firm.
