Agis is an Associate in the Litigation department and is also heading the Intellectual Property department of our firm.
His litigation practice is quite wide and encompasses civil, criminal, corporate and intellectual property law disputes. Agis advises on all matters relating to intellectual property and assists clients in protecting, managing and enforcing their intellectual property rights. Agis was a member of the Non-Traditional Trademarks Committee of INTA for the 2019-2021 term. Agis is an Accredited Mediator and an accredited Blockchain Business Analyst.
Agis is currently teaching Pharmaceutical and Company law in Nicosia’s KES College.
