Head of the IT practice. Norman Heckh not only holds an outstanding expertise in Business Law, but also is widely experienced in providing domestic and foreign companies with advice on data protection, electronic business communications, online and on-site gambling, outsourcing and cloud computing processes and agreements, drafting and negotiation of IT agreements, compliance, e-commerce, remote agreements, intellectual property and e-signature projects, inter alia. He formerly worked as Head of the IT&C, privacy and gambling practice in Deloitte Abogados and in Baker & McKenzie law firm.
