Raquel is a Senior Associate in the Public Law and Regulated Sectors department. After 5 years practicing law at international law firms (Andersen Tax & Legal and Bird & Bird), she joined Ramón y Cajal in 2018.

She regularly advises domestic and foreign clients operating in the energy, environmental and public procurement sectors both in administrative proceedings and in administrative courts.

She also has extensive experience in matters relating to healthcare, pharmaceuticals and public aid.
