Position

Dr Yuan Shen specialises in corporate law, employment law and IPOs. She mainly advises German and European clients on the incorporation of companies, joint ventures and employment law issues in China. Another focus of her work is advising Chinese companies on their investments in Europe.

Career

Dr Yuan Shen studied law at the Universities of Chongqing, Peking, China, and Cologne, Germany. She gained the qualification to work as a lawyer in China in 2005 and received her LL.M. as well as the degree of Doctor in Law from the University of Cologne in 2009 and 2013 respectively. Dr Yuan Shen joined Luther’s Cologne office in 2010. She is also an assistant lecturer at the University of Cologne.
