Dr Thorsten Becker is Counsel in Luther’s Frankfurt office. He advises domestic and international clients on the corporate law aspects of national and international transactions, in particular, the purchase and sale of undertakings. Furthermore, he provides advice on corporate and contract law issues, as well as on restructurings and corporate actions.
Career
Dr Thorsten Becker studied law at Saarland University (Germany), focusing on commercial and corporate law, and was awarded his doctorate for a thesis on a legal topic related to the sale of goods. His legal training included working in the corporate/M&A departments of leading international law firms.
Thorsten Becker was admitted to the German Bar in 2017 and started his professional career as a lawyer working in an international law firm in Frankfurt am Main (Germany). He joined Luther in 2023.
