Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2002, Géraud Saint Guilhem was associate at Gide Loyerett Nouel  (in Paris and in Poland) before joining Veil Jourde in 2006, where he became partner in 2009. He focuses his practice on mergers, acquisitions and divestures, both on listed and unlisted companies. He has also developed a particular practice in terms of privatizations and distressed M&A.
