Career

For more than 20 years, Carol has been assisting real estate players, French or international, in their operations and more particularly, in terms of investments (asset deals, share deals, joint ventures), construction and development (real estate development contracts, works contracts, off-plan sales and partnerships between investors and developers).
She also advises her clients on asset management matters and has developed significant experience in commercial leases, and in particular in leases in a future state of completion. Carol intervenes on their restructuring and valorization projects of their real estate assets.
Its scope covers all types of assets (offices, warehouses, businesses, residential, serviced residences).
Carol joined Gide Loyrette Nouel from 2001 to 2014, she headed Gide’s Serbia office in 2009 and 2010. She then joined, as a partner, the Racine firm in 2014, then sbkg & associates in 2021. She joined Veil Jourde in 2024.
