Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2003, he began his carreer at Ernst & Young corporate national and international tax services department, then at Ayache Salama & Associés. He became partner at Aramis in 2010 and was responsible of the Tax department until he joined Veil jourde in 2020. He dedicates its activity to corporate tax: intervenes on the tax structuring of the transactions of sale, acquisition, financing or LBO. He also assists his clients, French and foreign groups, in all their tax issues, including tax adjustments and disputes. He also has extensive experience in the taxation of senior executives, shareholders and managers.
