Veton Qoku is a dual-qualified lawyer, practicing as an independent attorney at law in cooperation with Karanovic & Partners and a Partner heading the practice in North Macedonia, also qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales. His particular focus is on large-scale M&As, energy and infrastructure projects and project finance, particularly in North Macedonia, Kosovo* and Albania. In addition to this, he has also advised on capital real estate projects, that included advisory related to concessions and negotiation with local authorities.
