Career

Ehud Gabrieli has been with the firm since 2001, during which time he has achieved an exceptional level of proficiency in IP litigation. He has wide-ranging experience in handling major litigation cases involving trademarks, copyright, patents, industrial designs, plant breeders’ rights, and trade secrets. In addition, Ehud has led copyright litigation pertaining to public performances and the use of copyrighted music.

Throughout his professional career, Ehud has acquired substantial expertise in enforcing trademarks and copyrights before the Israeli Customs Authority, including confiscating and destroying imported counterfeit goods.

Ehud is also a mediator and conducts mediation processes in cases concerning intellectual property, leveraging his vast experience in litigation, prosecution, and advising in all fields of IP.

Ehud lectures periodically at training courses for customs workers at the Israeli Customs Authority, at the Hebrew University Department of Asian (China) Studies. He also occasionally lectures at business development and computer science courses at the Holon Institute of Technology.

Ehud serves as the chairperson of the education team at MARQUES (European Trademark Association), where he is responsible for the association’s educational projects, as well as the cooperation with international bodies, such as WIPO.
