Career
She is leading the Maritime team of NSN Law Firm, managing the casualty response team. She is also the general secretary of the Turkish Maritime Lawyers’ Association. She has involved in structuring standard contracts of giant terminal operators, she drafted bills of lading of ro-ro transportation companies. She also involved to the Turkish Maritime Lawyers’ Association to perform studies on the Maritime Law section of the new Turkish Commercial Code by stating the critics of the Association concerning this section to the government committee in a number of meetings. She is actively organizing maritime law seminars as well.
After her return to Turkey, she has practiced maritime law in private law firms in Istanbul. She is, now, the Senior Partner at NSN Law Firm and mainly focuses on Multimodal Transportation Law, Insurance Law, Contracts, Maritime Law, Salvage and Litigation.
