Career

Jaanus advises international corporates on inbound Estonian and pan-Baltic transactions and provides assistance to Estonian clients in their outbound investment and commercial activities. 

He has been recently focusing on new FDI screening regulations in Estonia and EU, also contributing to the developments in the area as country reporter for Estonia in CELIS Institute. 

Jaanus has long experience in IT related transactions and advising on commercial agreements, marketing arrangements and corporate governance related issues. 

He is also member of Magnusson International Committee and thus actively involved in cooperation with other internationally minded law firms through venues like IBA and ABA.
