Bence Molnár Sz. deals with corporate matters related to the foundation, operation and acquisition of companies. He also coordinates merger cases in strong support to the firm’s Competition Law practice group, as well as playing a key role in the M&A team. He has extensive experience in the operation of listed companies, in securities law and concerning the competition law aspects of concentrations.

Additionally, he supports German-language matters at the firm and is a member of our Private Client practice advising in inheritance and trust cases.
