Attila Jásdi specializes in real estate, M&A, commercial and corporate law. He is one of our most experienced lawyers in real estate matters and has dealt with high-value transactions involving a variety of clients.
With many of his cases being significant and/or unique, they range from providing day-to-day legal advice to steering multi-billion Euro real-estate disputes. While covering a wide range of services, we are proud that our real-estate clients remain clients with Attila and our firm after the closing of a significant transaction.
Attila handles M&A transactions from the initial due diligence phase through to the acquisition of the last single share, and deals with a wide range of clients from family business owners to shareholders.
His name is not only a brand for top-shelf real estate advice but also for excellent wine. He enjoys working with agricultural family-run businesses, since he comes from a traditional wine-making background.
