Patrick Tausz heads our real estate and construction practice. He specializes in real property law, including the tax regulations relating to real estate transactions, corporate and project finance and litigation/arbitration.
Patrick has a proven track-record and rich, diverse experience in real estate matters (including in tax regulations relating to real estate transactions, project finance and concerning environmental laws). He has been the lead partner on numerous high-value transactions involving large international companies, many of whom consider him to be the stand out lawyer on the market for handling such matters and subsequently continue to rely on Patrick and our firm for ongoing, continuing legal and corporate support.
