Ilan has extensive experience advising clients in structuring, negotiating, and closing various complex local and cross border transactions with a focus on energy, real estate, banking and finance and traditional industries . Major transactions include representing all owners in the sale of Mall Hayam shopping mall in Eilat (NIS 1.4 Bn), representing the owners in the Manara Cliff Pumped Storage Power Plant Project (EUR 1.5 Bn), the sale of holdings in Netafim Ltd to Permira (USD 800M), the sale of Mor Plastics Ltd by Plasto Cargal Group (NIS 120M), Purchase of Rights in Bermad Cooperative Ltd (NIS 120M), purchase of several shopping malls in Eastern Europe. Ilan also has vast experience in representing investors in various private equity funds, and  hedge funds, in fund structuring an formation, and in complex finance deals. Before joining our firm Ilan spent 14 years in a Tel Aviv M&A Boutique firm founded by Ilan and his partner, which merged into our firm.
