Yaron LestrelS. Horowitz & Co

The practice at S. Horowitz & Co, which provides counsel to a broad array of employers, from startups to major financial institutions and high-profile multinationals, is led by pension funds expert and experienced employment litigator Elisha Shor. Under his captaincy, the team offers the full gamut of employment law services, including litigation, compliance, the labour law aspects of M&A and other transactions, corporate restructuring, workplace misconduct, and the negotiation of collective agreements and other union issues.  Central to the team is Ofir Pozner, who is well-versed in dispute resolution, union matters, and day-to-day advisory support for employers in areas including compliance and employee contracts. Agile litigators Yaron Lestrel and Michal Levanon-Porat, who has experience in handling sexual harassment matters, are two further names to note. Ruth Budovich-Sagir is another key contact for various contentious issues and cases of sexual harassment.
