Career

Raz has extensive experience in corporate law with an emphasis on start-ups, venture capital transactions, mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and related corporate matters. Raz’s practice focus on representing founders, entrepreneurs, start-ups, and mature companies in the high-tech sector (including in the cyber, digital-health, medical-education, social-media, gaming, add-tech and food-tech industries), as well as strategic investors and venture capital firms. Raz consults and advises to Israeli start-ups on all matters from inception to acquisition.

In the past year, in addition to representation of multinational-strategic investors in their investments in Israeli startups, Raz has led numerous notable technology transactions in which he represented including:

Coronet Cyber Security in its significant $100 million C round, NGP Capital (lead investor) in the $65 million investment round in AKeyless, NGP Capital and AW Fund (lead investors) in the $33 million round in DataLoop, the AI company Deep Instinct, in its $80 million extended D round and representing Stardom Ventures in numerous seed investments.

In recent years, Raz gained valuable experience in consulting multinational investors such as NGP Capital, Q Fund, ImpactBio, Stardom Ventures, Hyperwise, vgmaes, PIF.VC, and many others, in their investments in Israeli companies.
