Adv. Aaron M. Lampert specializes in international securities offerings and regulation, cross-border M&A and strategic business transactions, and the legal aspects of foreign investments in Israel.
Aaron’s expertise focuses on cross-border M&A transactions, including inbound and outbound transactions and representation of either the acquiring or selling side, and international securities offerings by Israeli companies, including representing issuers, selling shareholders and underwriters. In addition, Aaron handles strategic transactions, where he represents Israeli and foreign parties entering into strategic partnerships.
Aaron was recognized as a leading Corporate, M&A and Capital Markets attorney by a number of international guides, including Chambers & Partners and The Legal 500.
From 1981 to 1986, Aaron was an associate in the Corporate Department of Willkie Farr & Gallagher in New York, and from 1987 until early 2012 he was a partner in another leading Israeli law firm.
