Ms. Sandor is a partner in the Corporate Department, where her practice concentrates on capital markets and M&A.

Ms. Sandor represents major Israeli public companies and dual-listed corporations on securities laws matters and has represented issuers in several of Israel’s largest securities offerings.

Ms. Sandor has also advised clients in connection with regulatory reforms in the corporate and securities laws and in the regulation of investment companies.

Career

During her studies, Ms. Sandor was a member of the editorial board of the Tel Aviv University Law Review.
