Partner in the family team practicing in all areas of family law, with a focus on complex financial cases with an international element and children disputes, including internal and external relocation cases..
Having trained at Anthony Gold, Sarah has specialised in family law for over 15 years. Her work includes a mix of complex financial settlement cases and child arrangement matters during or following a divorce or separation. Sarah is also experienced in cohabitation matters, advising on cohabitation agreements, and representing clients in TOLATA matters. She advises and represents clients who are focused on protecting their wealth as well as those who are financially weaker and who need a robust financial settlement to build a future. Sarah has always been attracted to family law work as it involves helping real people with real lives at a time when their lives are at a crossroads. She is a trained Collaborative Lawyer and a committed member of Resolution with specialist accreditations in complex finance and children matters. This means she tenaciously works to achieve a financial settlement amicably, using round-table negotiation and mediation as opposed to litigation, where possible, but is not afraid to litigate where necessary. When it comes to children matters, her focus is primarily on the wellbeing and needs of the child.”
