Career

Barbara joined the Firm in 2009 and previously worked in important Italian law firms. She has extensive experience in international commercial law with a focus on intellectual property and technology.

She also provides highly specialised assistance and advice on information technology, e-commerce, artificial intelligence, metaverse, internet of things, big data, machine learning, software, app development, interoperability contracts, co-branding, mainly in the mechanical manufacturing, energy, telecommunications and automotive sectors.

Recognised by the international legal guides Chambers & Partners (in both the Europe and Global rankings), Legal 500 and Best Lawyers which recognise her as Recommended Lawyer in Intellectual Property. In addition, she is listed in the Leaders League rankings for Patent Litigation and Trademark Litigation.
