Mr Rolandas Valiunas is  a managing partner at Ellex Valiunas and has more than 25 years of experience in advising multiple market leading international and local companies on sophisticated corporate, M&A and capital markets transactions.

He is one of the most experienced business law experts in the Baltic region, who has been engaged in local landmark deals, as well as exceptional international projects. After declaration of Lithuania‘s independence, Mr Valiunas was involved in framing country‘s modern bar and setting standards for the best practice in legal services.
