Position

Audrius Petkevičius is an expert who specializes in the areas of land and other real estate, territory planning, privatization and land taxes. He co-heads the Real Estate & Environment Practice at our law firm. Over more than 20 years he has accumulated exclusive competence in the areas of land use, privatization, taxation and evaluation, real estate cadastre and register, territory planning, infrastructure development and use, land-related relationships and conflicts, and environmental protection and construction. Audrius is well-known for his contribution in drafting amendments to laws and secondary legislation that made the territory planning system in Lithuania more transparent and helped to implement international standards in the field.

Over the past years, Audrius has provided consultations on issues of banks, sports complexes of national importance, development of international business centres on the Lithuanian territory, and development of the national urban infrastructure. His extensive experience as a group leader is highly valued by clients planning the development of production objects and agricultural, forest, and large infrastructure objects, such as airports.
