Dovilė Stančikaitė is a partner with experience in providing legal services in complex real estate lease and acquisition projects. Her competence covers complex real estate transactions, such as built-to-suit leases, real estate acquisition, sales, transfer and construction, and other infrastructure development projects.

Dovilė also provides consultations to the largest Lithuanian shopping and business centres and service companies on real estate management issues. Dovilė’s expertise also covers representing clients in legal commercial disputes related to real estate.
