Position

Rūta Armone is a partner with experience in corporate, M&A and securities law. She has represented various public and private clients on general corporate and complex transactional matters, including public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, and venture capital financings. Rūta has been engaged in the major regional transactions and spends a considerable amount of time helping clients prepare for the merger, restructuring, acquisition or IPO. This includes working on their corporate governance matters, assisting in legal due diligence, advising on transactions structuring and leading the project from day one to successful closing.

Rūta is also an active member of the venture capital and start-up ecosystem. She participates in working groups and associations to improve the legal and tax environment empowering entrepreneurs and high-growth tech companies to succeed.
