Rūta is an associate partner and her practice covers the broad spectrum of domestic and cross-border commercial litigation. She acts on complex commercial disputes for a wide range of clients with a particular focus on professional civil liability matters and class actions. In addition to her litigation work, Rūta represents high-net-worth individuals in family law-related proceedings and assists them with respect to preparation on property settlement agreements, pre-and post-nuptial agreements.

Rūta is also well known for her negotiation skills and impressive track record of peaceful settlement of family disputes. Prior to joining Ellex Rūta was an assistant of the Judge at Vilnius Regional Court and up to now, she enjoys the very practical approach to civil proceedings. She is an experienced professional, with great social skills which makes her a trusted advisor to various clients.
