Ilona Andriušienė is a senior associate, attorney at law specialising in real estate development, construction, and land use. She has extensive experience in the development of various administrative, industrial, and commercial real estate objects (factories, shopping and business centres, medical institutions, renewable energy, infrastructure objects, etc.). She also advises clients on complicated and complex issues of drafting and execution of construction contracts. Ilona has extensive experience in commercial lease transactions. She has advised one of the largest groups of companies in Lithuania on the management and development of shopping and business centres. Ilona also represents clients in real estate disputes.
