Position

Kris is a Director in our UK and Global EGC team.

Kris specialises in providing governance, transaction and compliance support to multinational clients.

Kris has extensive experience in the provision of legal entity governance and compliance services to clients globally, ranging from small and large private groups to large listed PLCs and US multinationals.

Before returning to UK, Kris led our practice for the Middle East from Dubai and during his five years in the region he worked closely with locally headquartered Sovereign Wealth Funds and other large locally owned/government organisations.

Kris is a member of ICSA: The Governance Institute.
