He specialises in private insurance law, capital markets, intellectual property, unfair competition, real estate, securities, civil liability, contracts (franchising, leasing & factoring) handling complex respective matters. Further expertise in national and international transport matters (road, air, rail, sea) as well as in fire and motor accident cases.
An experienced litigator, he has been engaged in multiple litigations involving the shipwrecks of the Dystos and the Iron Antonis; Claims for D&O liability under a systemic bank’s BBB insurance policy; a series of approx. 350 trials on behalf of a pharmaceuticals and a diagnostics corporation. He appears as expert witness in litigation before English courts.
