Andreas specializes in handling cases on both life and non-life insurance, including car accidents and respective insurance claims. He advises major Greek and foreign insurance companies on liability matters and he deals with disputes arising out of insurance contracts’ terms and fatal motor vehicle accidents, representing the insurance companies before the Courts. He provides integrated legal advice and undertakes judicial representation of individuals and businesses on a wide range of cases or disputes of civil law, for any procedure before the Supreme Court. He has significant knowledge and expertise on the Procedure law before the Supreme Court in which already has experience as a trainee lawyer. Also, he has significant knowledge and expertise on negotiating and drafting contracts and on legal issues concerning interpretation of contractual terms and disruption of contracts. He is lecturer at the National School of Judges (ESDI) on the issue of the Law of Appeal.
