Dimitrios has been engaged in the establishment, acquisition and restructuring of many commercial companies in Greece. He is also specialized in dispute resolution in the fields of corporate, financial, insurance, intellectual property, administrative, national and international transport and general commercial law.

He has experience in conducting due diligence on enterprises for the purposes of sale and has experience in administrative law litigation before the Supreme Administrative Court of Greece as well as a litigation experience of more than twenty years before Greek Courts of all instances.
