Christos Theodorou specializes in corporate and financial law, with a focus on deregulation and large-scale transactions. He is also an experienced lawyer in handling insurance claims, with an excellent understanding of insurance companies’ internal workings and their claims handling practices and procedures. Christos specializes in managerial employee agreements and benefits, trade union and data protection issues, and employment-related M&A matters.
