Malta > Real estate

Mamo TCV Advocates pairs a strong knowledge of mixed and large-scale real estate developments with heavy engagement in the acquisition of immovable property and the sale of property generally, particularly in the hospitality sector. Frank Testa, litigation expert Joseph Borg Bartolo and Joseph Camilleri head up the team. Maria Lisa Buttigieg‘s workload is also evidence of the group’s focus on real estate litigation, having acted in local courts and tribunals in real estate disputes and estate settlement matters.
