With 25 years in the real estate industry, Silke has a wide range of experience in all aspects of real estate sales and acquisitions, funding, joint-venture, funds work and more recently in ESG and taxonomy matters.
This experience covers many asset classes from retail and offices through logistics, including renewable energies (whether integrated on the building or not). Her clients consist in management companies (AIFM), real estate funds, hotel operators, asset managers, banks and family offices.
Silke has acted on some of the largest transactions of the French market.
She is used working on cross border transactions and coordinating different players of the industry or of different jurisdictions.
Silke is also admitted to the Munich bar.
