Adrianus de Kruijff studied law at the University of Cologne. During his studies he spent a semester abroad at the University of Warsaw. As part of his legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Cologne, he worked as a trainee lawyer in a large commercial law firm in the field of labour law and at the Regional Labour Court of Cologne.
