Goran Vučić, partner, joined Joksovic, Stojanovic & Partners in 2013. He specializes in mergers and acquisitions, takeovers, joint ventures, corporate restructurings and foreign investment transactions.

As a part of the JSP M&A team, he was included in the most significant projects on the Serbian market in recent years, particularly in telecom, energy and food production industries. Mr. Vučić also covers competition law issues related with transactional work as well as day to day advisory with respect to various commercial agreements.

He is a member of JSP Montenegrin desk led by Senior Partner Petar Stojanović, where he advises clients on real estate development projects and represents clients before competent courts and administrative bodies in disputes related with investment projects.
