Fladgate LLP chiefly guides issuers and brokers through listings and offerings on the AIM and Aquis exchanges, with a particular focus on handling transactions in the natural resources space as well as in innovation-heavy sectors such as as e-sports and crypto. The team is well-regarded for its work with international clients seeking to list and fundraise on the UK market, and it also regularly advises on cross-border takeovers and equity transfers. Key contacts in the team include practice head David Robinson, who frequently acts on equity transactions for companies in the tech space, as well as Paul Airley and Nigel Gordon.
