Rachel advises on a broad range of commercial litigation and arbitration cases, with particular expertise in insurance, professional negligence and financial services.

Rachel has extensive experience advising on a broad range of commercial litigation and arbitration cases. She has particular expertise advising insurers in relation to insurance cover disputes and professional indemnity claims.

Rachel manages high value claims for Irish and international insurers arising from policy interpretation, avoidance of policies and declinature of claims and also acts for insurers in the defence of a significant number of professional negligence cases against professionals.

Rachel is a committee member of Forum of Insurance Lawyers Ireland (FOIL Ireland).

Dillon Eustace has a broad-based insurance practice covering product liability, motor, personal injury, D&O, business interruption and professional indemnity claims, along with aviation and marine cases. It has remained active in coverage claims in the aviation and other sectors, and continues to be rated for professional indemnity and personal injury matters. The regulatory group has a fine record in business and product launches, regulatory approvals and compliance. Head of the financial regulation practice, Keith Waine is a prominent figure in regulatory issues in the insurance sector, including third party administration arrangements, fitness and probity, corporate governance, anti-money laundering, and data protection. Paul Breen heads the litigation and dispute resolution department and has a long track record in policy coverage, motor claims, employers liability, public liability and product liability.
