Manfred has been at Gernandt & Danielsson since 1993. He has been the managing partner of Gernandt & Danielsson since 2014 and a partner since 2000. Manfred has a wide range of commercial law expertise. In addition to frequently advising in the area of private and public M&A, he often advises clients on commercial contract negotiations, reorganisations, and disputes. Manfred has also acted as an arbitrator in both Swedish and international arbitrations. In addition, he has been an investigator on behalf of clients in connection with extensive internal investigations.
