Career
Guy Leonard is an English solicitor and part of the firm’s Energy, Offshore and Maritime and Renewable Energy Sector Groups.
Guy has extensive experience of complex international offshore and shipping projects. He advises regularly on project development, structuring and tendering, offshore installation, EPCIC and the construction, conversion and chartering of a broad range of vessels and offshore units. He represents major contractors, project developers, suppliers and insurance companies and handles a wide variety of projects and transactions, including sale & purchase and mergers & acquisitions. He has particular experience with LNG Floating Storage and Regasification (FSRU) projects, having assisted with multiple projects worldwide, and with hydro and wind-farm installation projects. He is also experienced in the oil, gas and renewables supply industry where he represents contractors, suppliers and engineering companies.
He has in-house experience from Höegh LNG, where he spent most of 2014 on secondment.
Guy is qualified as an English Solicitor and registered as an EEA lawyer.
