Career
Cem Keser joined ASC Law’s Litigation Team as an Associate in 2008, after working for several years at Garanti Bank, one of Turkey’s most important privately-owned banks. Cem was elevated to Partner in 2018, and assists Doğan Coşgun, who heads the Litigation Team, with the Team’s day-to-day management.
Cem’s caseload includes all manner of disputes, with a particular emphasis on high-value ones involving financial institutions and concerning complex commercial and construction transactions. His practice also includes matters involving criminal, employment and administrative law. Cem is often called upon by attorneys in ASC Law’s Consultancy Team to analyze their clients’ potential exposure to both criminal and civil liability with regard to disputes still in their formative stages.
